Jimmy Tomato is a small family business that believes in the food philosophy of “Old School” recipes and slow cooking to meld flavors. The Classic Tomato Meat Sauce originated with my Mother in 1954 and we have been using the same recipe since that time over 60 years ago.

To create this delicious sauce we use organic tomato products, local fresh produce, locally procured Italian sausage and meat products, made to our specifications, and herbs and spices.

We make Jimmy Tomato Classic Italian Tomato and Meat Sauce from scratch, in small batches by hand and cook at low temperatures for several hours to create the flavorful sauce that has many uses.
